Neena, did amazing job selling my house. From working with my contractor on design upgrades , picking out selling features in colors, carpet and tile . then after months getting the house ready to sell she stepped me though and took mostly all items to get it closed . picked out great associates from home inspectors to title agents . Neena played an instrumental role on buying our first home. She was very outstanding through out the process. She was available all the time to answer all our concerns/queries. We wanted to sell our home. Neena came highly recommended from a family friend. Its safe to say that my home in Cupertino would never have been sold if I had not retained Neena. I was going through a really serious family situation on the East Coast and there was no way I or any family member could physically be present in the Bay area to handle the whole process. Enter Neena Pattar. She first assured me that I should just leave the sale of the house to her and just focus on dealing with the family situation. I took her at her word - such was the comfort she created - that I handed over the keys to my house to her and moved to New York. What transpired over the next 6-8 weeks was nothing short of a miracle. Neena brought her entire team of contractors in, did all the necessary repairs and renovations that the house needed before being listed, completed all the inspections and the paper work necessary to list the house , got rid of all the stuff in the house that I was not planning to keep ( either sold them or junked them ) and then staged the house for the Open Houses - all this while I was in New York and only peripherally involved. We had multiple offers for the house at the end of the 1st weekend of Open House and we had closed the deal by mid-week of the following week. She then got the title company involved and ensured that none of us had to make a trip back to the Bay area for closing - the title company sent a representative to our apartment in NY and we completed the paper work in the privacy and safety of our home in NY. Thanks to her, the entire process of selling of a multi-million dollar asset was completed with minimal disruption to our lives, leaving me free to deal with my family issues.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the Bay area real estate market but what really stands out for me are her human qualities - she is completely trustworthy, filled with warmth and empathy for her client and her responsiveness to any question or clarification that I needed was almost instantaneous - she was available 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week. We were looking to buy our first home and we got reference to Neena from a friend, and yes, it's a perfect one. After working with Neena, first thing that comes to my mind is she is available and responsive all the time, even off the hours. She is patience and has good knowledge on the process and terms. And there is no pressure. She accompanies with us for open houses too apart from private ones. If we happen to visit a open house on our own and if we find it interesting, Neena checks that house by herself and provides her feedback. While going though the house, she explains what is good, what is not good and there will be a follow up in providing the reports of the property. She remembers the deadlines and makes sure to take proper action without me concerning about that. The lenders referred by her are very good in closing the offer quickly. Beginning of this year, my wife and I decided to start the process of purchasing our first home together. On our initial outing with Neena she explained us the whole process and the finance part. Neena was very helpful to us in finding our home, the reason for 5 stars are as follows:<br/><br/>1. Very Patient- as a first time home buyer, we were looking for a home all over the bay area. Every month we changed the area where we wanted to look for home and after every home our must haves changed. But Neena patiently worked with us and took us all over the place. She kept saying "it's part of your learning experience" and I figured later how important it was. We looked for houses all over the place for over a year before finalizing one. There were times when I used to tell my wife that "i don't think Neena will call us again next weekend, as we have been asking her for a wild goose chase", but Neena always followed each Friday asking " which houses do you want to see this weekend".<br/><br/>2. Very Cooperative- we never felt we were working with a Realtor, Neena guided us as a friend all the way. She even baby sat our kids when we were looking at houses :). She never said no to any request & after we bought the home she drove over 40 miles just to take the keys for the house and personally handed it over to us.<br/><br/>3. Good Advisor- Neena guided us through the entire process and answered all our questions (even lame ones without making us look lame). At times, she even answered questions and guided us on things that she is not supposed to. She would tell us " I am not supposed to suggest these things but here are your options". After we bought the home, she got us the home warranty. There were few problems and I was not able to get the work done from the warranty company and casually mentioned it to Neena. She called the insurance company, ensured that they take care of things and even followed up with me to ensure I do things at my end to get the work done. All this was done by her a month after the deal was closed.
